STM-3™ utilizes a ceramic lubrication catalyst. It is neither a normal additive nor a replacement for oil. This advanced technology protects metal parts upon impact in engines, transmissions, gearboxes or anywhere there is a need for lubrication protection.
STM-3™ is 100% solid and aquires a glass like finish in use.
STM-3™ is an environmentally safe non-flammable, inert formulation with zero V.O.C.’s (volatile organic components)) containing no solvents, silicone, graphite, molybdenum, PTFE’s and most importantly will not change the viscosity of the OEM recommended fluids.
STM-3™ has been validated by third party labs for metallurgy, emissions reductions, friction reduction, oil sampling, chemical reaction and stability, harmonics reduction, rust protection and carbon reduction.
This unique liquid glass formulation will create a protective barrier of ceramic, withstanding 1900F (1038C) and 350,000 PSI load carrying ability. STM-3™ resists most chemicals and acids, protecting the internal parts from wear and oxidation, embedding a 2 micron depth of ceramic into all internal metal surfaces and does not affect factory clearances.
This durable and semi-rigid formulation creates a hard ceramic finish that survives impact, as well as expansion and contraction without separating from the metal. This ensures proper protection at any temperature providing high load protection. Lubricating pigments are capable of carrying loads in excess of 350,000 P.S.I, preventing metal to metal contact; that’s over 20 times the protection any oil or additive including synthetic oils.
The micro-embedded STM-3™ properties remain embedded into the parts long after shut-down. This effect is a quantum improvement to the prior inadequate filming of conventional lubrication technology, which results in a condition referred to as “dry-start”. Normally, oil drains off parts when the component has stopped which results in an inadequate layer of lubricant. This causes considerable wear with each cold start. STM-3™ gives coating protection above 1900F (1038C) which will not drain off the metal after shutdown, providing less strain on equipment during startup.
Like a tuning fork, every moving assembly produces vibrations creating ultrasonic noise called HARMONICS, which rob components of power by causing an internal imbalance. STM-3™ will stop harmonics by protecting parts from metal to metal contact, reducing wear, preventing untimely repairs.
